She took her small dog out in a public business and its not even a service dog or ever been trained as one. What a bad name she making for the Duggar family, she teaching the children its okay to lie and take any dog out in puiblic and not obey the ADA law! She should no better then this. She needs to read the ADA law on Service dog and the training. BAD AMY DUGGAR!!! I don't doubt her need, but I doubt her comprehension or capability to properly care for an animal. And ultimately it was the animal that paid the price.
