That article is completely wrong. No pilot can demand a dog show what tasks it performs. For example a seizure alert dog preforms an important and life saving task, but not a task that can be done on command.
Any pilot trying to make a service dog fly as cargo is violating the rights of the person using the service dog, and violating federal law.
